Slow cooked beef cheek in Barolo wine, served on truffle polenta.
Cini made ricotta and spinach cannelloni with a cheese sauce gratin.
Pizza with Parma ham and rocket leaves with Buffalo mozzarella.
Custard and pinenut tart served with cream or custard.
Chocolate truffle with cherry in syrup.
Gelato or sorbet choices.
