Friday 17th September.
Daniel Ruell the Rémy Martin ambassador will talk through the history of the house Rémy Martin and Louis XIII and take you on a Journey of discovery paired with Cini’s bespoke menu.

36 month parmesan mousse.
Grilled asparagus, quail egg, truffle shavings.
Pea and pecorino arancini.
Starter – Aubergine Parmigiana with a glass of Pecorino “Abruzzi”.
Main – Fillet of organic venison Wellington root vegetables,
blueberry reduction, bitter cacao.
Vegetarian alternative – Polenta and gorgonzola with a wild mushroom “Trifolati”.
Accompanied with 1738 Rémy Martin and a glass of 2001 Amarone.
Dessert – Dark chocolate ganache, pear, 15 month parmesan, glass of Louis XIII.
