Fagiano al Rosso
Pheasant breast cooked in soffritto, fresh Winter herbs, red wine, blueberriy, on a polenta cake.
Ravioli al Tartufo
Ravioli filled with truffle and stracchino cheese in burre blanc and sage sauce.
Halibut al Cartoccio
Halibut in parchment paper with mussels, clams, prawns, lemon, garlic, white wine, parsley, EVOO.
Filetto di Manzo Rossini
The eternal dish. Beef tournedos pan fried, on a buttered crouton,
topped with duck pate, truffle & rich demi-glacé. £10 extra
Tomato, mozzarella, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, red onion, chilli, basil.
